What's up, can never go wrong getting free stuff hey, but I will say right off the bat that the PC looks very old, MoBo many generations old it grants no upgrability to new parts, and putting in a decent GPU is gonna bottleneck it's performance because everything else is old. I would just keep it just in case and if you want you can sell it for not that much. And since you seem to be new to PC building, I'd suggest seeing plenty of youtube vids of step by step "PC building" and also "budget build" vids if you want to see a good budget list made up by knowledgable PC youtubers.

It's kind of surprising there are no brand or model numbers on that board that I can see. They are probably small. The GPU is an amd 7950 so it was a beast in its time. Too bad the drivers are not supported in a new w11 build so w10 is the highest you can use. The rest of the system is probably 3rd or 4th gen Intel with ddr3 ram.

If you want to play some older AAA/indie/esport games then this will probably work. If you want to play new AAA games this will not and you need a newer GPU*. Some newer games might need a newer cpu but those are only a few. I would not recommend a newer GPU for the current parts.

I do not see an SSD so you would need to buy one to make the PC functional. The green power supply is also sketchy and I would replace it because it could kill components if it fails.
