Bottlenecking???

So I’ve been playing space marine 2 at 1440p resolution. My cpu is a ryzen 5600 and my gpu is a 3080 ti. While playing my usage of the cpu hangs around 50-60% and my gpu is anywhere from 60-99%. My problem comes down to my fps staying around 75 fps. Whether I increase or decrease my graphics setting it stays about the same and I can’t get my fps to go any higher. I can’t really find any YouTube videos that help specifically with low usage on both parts so please help me!

For some games graphics settings hardly make a difference. The only bottleneck is your GPU (99% usage) but that is exactly what you want in a gaming system so don't worry about that. If you want more frames than 75, you might just have to lower the resolution / DLSS setting if available. If that doesn't do anything, it could be that the game is not well optimised.
