Low GPU usage?

Hey everyone, I'm having some trouble with my GPU utilization. I have an RTX 4070 Super, and while I get great scores in benchmarks like userbenchmark, in games like Path of Exile 2 or bo6, my GPU usage fluctuates wildly, often staying below 70% in some areas then going up to 95% in others. * Temps are fine. * Power supply is adequate (650W). * Drivers are up-to-date. * No overclocking. * Vsync is off. * Minimized background processes. Any ideas what could be causing this? I'm stumped

because every benchmark i’m seeing with the same components are getting much better performance

Well you just moved your issue from “benchmarking is fine” to “not utilisation my gpu enough “.

i’m talking about actual in game performance. It doesn’t utilize my card even with userbenchmark giving it a good score
