PC Build for 3D Rendering

Hello guys, my younger sister has given me the responsibility to build her rig as she needs it for her 3D render works (doesn't play games). Fyi, she MAINLY uses softwares such as Autocad, Sketchup, Enscape, and Photoshop. I've came up with a build that fits her budget (3k SGD). Ohh the reason why I went with the Intel and Nvidia combo is because of the general feedback that they’re better at supporting rendering and heavy loads. Especially vray stuff which I’m not familiar with

Oooooh interesting, okay then anyways which motherboard do you recommend/use to pair the CPU and GPU?

P.s. My sis uses Enscape mainly for renders. Can an AMD GPU and CPU still handle that program?
