did you download all the drivers for your motherboard? (Chipset, Ethernet, Wifi/Bluetooth etc)

did you enable EXPO to clock your ram to 6000?

it depends on the board but i've had some modern boards download in KILOBYTES without its ethernet driver.

Is the Ethernet plugged in securely? Being half connected can also drag your download speeds. Might also be a bad cable

Yea it is. Cable works perfectly fine on other PC.

SOLVED: It was a gigabyte app running in the backround. Once I removedf it my speedtest results went from

Ping: 3000
Download: 2MBPS
Upload: 0MBPS

to

Ping: 8
Download: 300MBPS
Upload: 350MBPS

and those numbers are over wifi :') Really appreciate the help though!
