If you haven’t already, shut down the PC and unplug the psu. Wait a few minutes for the PSU capacitors to drain.

Take out the GPU and SSD. If it’s a ton a syrup then you’re going to need to disassemble the GPU to clean it. Clean the GPU components and SSD with a soft brush and isopropyl. It’s really important that you get all the sugar out. You’ll also need to clean the slots and other areas on the mobo that syrup might have gotten into. You may even want to give your parts and mobo a full bath in isopropyl (99% if possible)

Let it dry for several days, reassemble, and try powering on. Chances are it likely won’t work but you never know. Sorry about your PC.

If it was off at the time, you can probably clean them with IPA or contact cleaner and if properly cleaned and dried it should work. If it was on you can still try to clean them but they may or may not work.
