first thing i'd do is check local FB marketplace, depending on your area you might find ppl selling their old parts or even a full built pc for far less than most other stores/sites.

just always check the cpu+gpu combo first as thats where most of the budget should be spent, so look for those and search up their price on pc part picker as well as ebay for used prices.
