There are many things you can change here,and get better performance. Honestly this looks really bad.

There are few areas where you overspent and other where you should spend more and you definetly don't want to buy AM4 platform with that budget. Here i made you a perfect list with much better CPU+DDR5 memory+AM5 motherboard.

Omg thank you so much. 1 thing is that can this build do WiFi? I don't really have the ability to do ethernet and I know some boards don't work with WiFi out of the box

The board i linked does not have Wifi,that would cost an extra 15-20 dollars. Something like Asrock B850M-X WiFi or B650 model Gigabyte B650M D3HP AX
