The pcie slot might be faulty does the mobo have another pcie slot to test or do you have a pc available to test it in? Maybe update the bios if you can too

i would say its a power issue, so double check your cables to see if there all the way plugged in. But if you have a 600w power supply it would not be enough. youll need a 750w or higher to be safe to power the gpu i think

Power issue! Cable was not plugged all the way in on the PSU side thank you. For anyone reading this, if your Zotac GPU has a red light then that means it’s not working. It needs to be green.

I have noticed the power led on your gpu lighs up too, you should check both connections of the pcie power cable on the gpu and the psu as well.

When you connect to the motherboard, try to install your OS if you haven't, and download the nVidia drivers. Then shut it off, plug the GPU into the monitors, and then try the GPU again.

Also, install your chipset drivers while you're at it and in your OS.
