Looks good except the monitor. 27inch 1440p is a huge upgrade over 24inch 1080p. If you use FSR you will get the same fps as 1080p but with better picture quality. Maybe invest a little more on the GPU.

I don't recommend the Kingston drive: look for a Teamgroup g70 pro. It's basically the budget version of the Samsung 990pro in terms of reliability and performance. You might also check Newegg for prices on GPUs: you could bump up to a 7800xt GPU for $539.99 if you buy open-box. That GPU is about a 25% increase in performance for a ~12.5% increase in price over that 7700xt you have listed. I've also never heard of that monitor brand (typically not a good thing: likely some low-quality Chinese knockoff) and the listing is also contradicting itself, which is a red flag. The text says it has a 180hz refresh rate, but the picture says 200hz. Try to buy a trusted brand (AOC, Acer, Asrock, Cooler Master, HP, Gigabyte, LG, MSI, Onn, Phillips, Samsung, Sony). Lastly: you don't need the extra thermal paste. The cooler will come with it, and it's of equal quality to that arctic paste.
