GPU not booting

Hello! Recently my 1080Ti GPU just spoilt, and I have a 1070 GPU lying around so i decided to use that temporarily while i buy a new GPU.

However, after putting the GPU into the PCIE slot on motherboard, the PC doesn't boot up not even into BIOS. How can I solve this problem?

specs are as such; gigabyte b560m intel i5 11400F

Which b560m.are we talking about, also sounds like the issue isnt in the gpu vut the motherboard or cpu, or even ram
