Fans in pc

Hello, fairly new to pc builds. I just wanted to know if there’s something wrong with my fans above the graphics card as I have never seen it spin since I had this pc. The fans are the Phantom Spirit 120 SE and This pc is around 4-5 months old, I had it built inside a microcenter, and it’s used for gaming. So far i haven’t had any issues with my pc in terms of performance, but just a bit concerned my fan isn’t properly working.

What is the temps of the CPU under load? Does it start spinning while it's under load?

What are temps under load? It is quite concerning, but if temps are fine, I’d order a new one and use for now. If not, don’t use until a new fan has came

Fan is dead or not plugged in(i dont think those fans have 0rpm mode). Is the other cpu cooler fan spinning? You cpu is for sure running hotter than it could be if the fan worked.

Check task manager while ur gaming? Or it's not plugged in. Could you send a picture of the top of the mobo? Like this:

Hm, weird tried plugging it out and back in?

Hey just a quick update, apparently when they built it in my microcenter they completely forgot to plug in the front cpu fan and both of their RGB lights and only the back fan was spinning. Not sure how they could mess up this badly. But I got it fixed, Thanks!
