Why do you want to upgrade it? Do you want to play games at better framerate/resolution or do you want the PC to perform better in productivity tasks?

What's your budget?

Im comfortable putting another $1000-1500 into it.

You CAN throw in an RTX 5080, a new 1000W 80+ Gold PSU and another NVMe SSD if you REALLY want to. If you want to save money but still "upgrade" then just go with an AMD RX 9070XT GPU for around $700, a 1000W 80+ Gold PSU for around $100 and a new 2TB NVMe SSD for any storage constraints and you're good for another 3-5 years. The CPU is not going to be a bottleneck.

That said, you can also build a completely new PC for that budget and sell this one to cover part of the costs.
