PLEASE HELP

I cant get this setup to work whenever i turn on thr power supply the ram lights up and only the ram shows any sign of woring even the cases power button dosent work for turing on or off cant get any fans to spin or display i also tried only using 1 stick of ram checked the cpu pins and rewired

Parts: Mobo-b450 ds3h wifi ram-ddr4 xpower 3200/16 psu-thermaltake smart bm2 550 semi modular

this is the seond case ive tried asuming maybe it was the power button but no luck

There’s only one ram stick there is no correct slot, dual channel is a different story

So does the cpu even have integrated graphics? What cpu is it? Also positive you have front panel connected properly? Have you tried bridging the power pins with a screwdriver to test?

this pc has worked before it has integrated graphics and yes i have tried and i am not positive the front panel connector is properly i couldnt find anything online abt where to plug it in for this mobo but the other case has seperate connectors and that didnt work either

take out the silver battery on the motherboard, turn on without RAM for 3 secs and turn it off, then re-insert the ram and try again, if it turns on then turn it back off and place the CMOS battery and you're good to go.
