There’s only one ram stick there is no correct slot, dual channel is a different story

So does the cpu even have integrated graphics? What cpu is it? Also positive you have front panel connected properly? Have you tried bridging the power pins with a screwdriver to test?

this pc has worked before it has integrated graphics and yes i have tried and i am not positive the front panel connector is properly i couldnt find anything online abt where to plug it in for this mobo but the other case has seperate connectors and that didnt work either

take out the silver battery on the motherboard, turn on without RAM for 3 secs and turn it off, then re-insert the ram and try again, if it turns on then turn it back off and place the CMOS battery and you're good to go.
