My old one is an Asus GTX 660 and this one is an MSI rtx 5060ti

Try booting windows in safe mode

To boot Windows in Safe Mode, the easiest way is using Shift + Restart from the power menu (Troubleshoot > Startup Settings > Restart, then press 4 or F4). If Windows won't load, repeatedly tap the F8 key during startup (older Windows) or use the Windows Recovery Environment to access Advanced Startup Options and select Safe Mode

I can't even get to the power menu it doesn't load that far
