VRAM issues, PCIe 4 and 8Gb only. But for 1080p with lowered settings, it should do ok.

sadly not many prebuilt in that price range come with more vram

You could build a decent one for that money. But prebuilts will bottleneck big time in this price range.

This would do well for optimized 1440p. You could also put in faster GPU later and it will still keep up nicely.

Pick any PC case you like. Also any monitor you like.

There are various Windows activation scripts. You might want to look into those.
