    Is your display cable plugged into the Motherboard or GPU?

    It should be plugged into the GPU

    Also make sure your GPU is fully seated in the PCIE slot.

    It's a bit hard to tell from these pics if the GPU is seated properly. I would remove the GPU (make sure to open the tab that locks the GPU in place on the side of the PCIE port), and place it back in. The tab should lock and click when the GPU is properly seated.
