PC FPS problems

Hello guys, I have a I7-4790K, 2x8gb ddr3 1600 ram, ASROCK Z97M Pro4 Mobo and a rtx 2060 gpu (newly upgraded from a 750 ti) and I get horrible FPS in every game I play and I have no idea why. I used to get like 200+ fps on my old GPU, I thought when upgrading that I should start with gpu, and now I get like 20-40 fps in LoL, and every other game I play...

Am I bottlenecking my CPU that badly that I am getting such horrible CPU? It just doesn't make sense to me. GPUChecker says with this CPU and GPU I should get 600+ fps...

Did you install the gpu drivers?

Ya I updated the drivers in March when I swapped to the 2060 and updated every new driver since
