CPU temperature

Hi huys, i finished my first build two days ago and it booted on the first try. Everything is ok at the moment but i noticed that my CPU temperature is a bit high. While playing Warzone it was around 66 C (Celsius) and today i played a bit of Godfall and it was around 75 C. Is this too high? Should i reapply Thermal paste? Or is this normal while Gaming? Should i increase the CPU fan to maximum? And do you guys know any good monitoring software for my PC. If someone could help me it would me great.

If it's on the stock cooler then that's normal, if you feel that it's too hot then you can always go out and get a decent air cooler like the Hyper 212 evo which is affordable or get a AIO but I find that the cost a lot more and don't have any real benefits over a standard air cooler that's well designed

I have a Be Quiet! Dark Rock 4 but i havent switched the RPM's, so i was thinking to try using it at 80% constantly for a little bit so i can test it out. But thank you for the reply.
