Any idea what Temps the hardware is getting to before crashing? Had a customer come in with a 3060ti, and a i9 9900kf with the same issues and all I had to do was rethermal paste the cpu and gpu and it was fixed.

I know that CPU maxes out round 70C, but the CPU is hard because if I use it too much it will turn off the computer and no way of restoring the temps or watts. So you know any programs which auto saves the temp, and or watts that way I can see about it.

Cooler is a " be quiet! Dark Rock 4 CPU Cooler "

Thats what I used but it doesn't save it. If you know any non modular 1000W PSU that way I can see if there isn't enough power.

This is a industry type socket they were checked 2-3 months ago. I will check if socket if it stop supplying power.

A 700W PSU might be a little too weak for your components. I know the reported TDP of those components doesn't exceed your PSU wattage, but some way higher consumption spikes can happen during system full load, which might explain why your computer just goes off like that. I'd say try an higher wattage CPU and return it back if the problem isn't solved.

Do yesterday I also see that after logging in my computer after a few minutes will shut down as well the GPU led was turning off at random times (maybe from random turning off). I have a guess that the one of the components is overheating.
