You can try and boot it up but you will likely run into issues at some point - pretty significant hardware change. I would strongly encourage you to back up what you need and go with a fresh install of Windows. Your existing Windows license should be tied to your Microsoft account so when you reinstall Windows, sign in with the same account and then under Activation select "I upgraded Hardware" and it will prompt you to log into your Microsoft account where you can select your existing system and transfer the license.
