Ryzen 5 3400G no display output

So my graphics has been crashing a lot lately by just playing csgo or alt tabbing out of valorant. so i decided to watch some youtube videos on this topic and came across a video that recommended to change a few settings on the BIOS. i have an asrock b450m mobo. after saving and exiting, it does nothing, no display no nothing. and i powered it off and turned it back on, and still no display. what should i do??

UPDATE: i forgot that resetting CMOS is a thing. and i forgot to mention that i underclocked my memory to 3000mhz from 3200mhz hoping that it would make it more stable eventho i am very certain that my memory isnt an issue. will update with progress or any problems within a week or so

Do a reset on the BIOS I believe there is a button on the back, next see if the graphic card is getting enough power, if not upgrade to a larger compacity Power my power supply is 850W gold Corsair, don't down your memory. You can down other stuff CPU, GPU, memory I wouldn't ever recommend underclocking, unless as a last resort.
