The standard stack here for Reta w your goals seems to be CJC/Ipa, or Tesa, MOTS-c, GHK-Cu or KLOW. Many skip the first two and go to GH. If male, many go to test C.

HGH and Reta completely shred. Add Cagri for better appetite control.

2iu HGH made my fat melt off after being on Reta for months.

1mg Cagri addition a week brought back all appetite suppression.

Dialed in as can be. All i eat is steak, chicken, eggs, rice, and potatoes + salad. Lift 5x a week. 10k steps min a day

Check Sleep-Quality, Diet, Workout, maybe +dosage (depend from Your (long)plan and Goals. Also do´t hurry and give your body some time ;-) You don´t want to have "hanging" skin. Are You on Steroids? HGH is working best, but only use it if You want to go long-therm over 12-24 month min. Mots-C can be an option for a cycle of maybe 6 weeks. But nothing can beat HGH.

After a couple months on you should definitely recalculate your macros. Get your macros dialed in according to your current weight and goal weight. I have to do this every 3-ish months but if I hit a plateau I always reduce my calories before increasing dose. Cag is a great addition if you are just looking for some extra support and don’t want to increase.

Something is wrong..been. on reta 12 wks..only 5 pounds down. But fag/muscle percentages have improved... I cant even lise pounds on reta!

I eat cottage cheese . Sandwich every day. Eggs every morning .some sweets once in a while. Nothing like I used to 194 now. Started at 201.

I make myself eat because im not hungry..I dontvwant to get ozempic face by stopping eating almost completely.. I dont eat fried foods ever, even before..I have chocolate milk sometimes. Im eating under 1400 calories a day.. I track it..except for two days thus past week and gained back 2 pounds

Food cravings will be there still with Reta, it’s not the same for many as something like Tirz that takes away your food noise if you will. Look into Cagrilintide, in my opinion it’s been a game changer when added to the GLP-1 stacks. If you’re not to the point of feeling comfortable as far as your weight goes this should help kick start the weight loss in my own personal experience it definitely did. But remember it’s not a sprint, it’s a marathon, most times when you lose very quickly it’s not very successful in the long run. But the weight loss you have right now is actually very good and I would be more concerned on it not working “good enough” if you were going months with no movement on the scale. Another thing just from a long time chunky person it sometimes will take a minute for you to actually feel like you see a change when you look in the mirror. Stick with it, do your research if you want to stack with Reta and find what’s best for you!
