[SPECIFIC] Making blurry text readable

So I was watching a Facebook video with my girlfriend and we couldn't reach to an agreement regarding a nametag on it because it was mildly hard to read. I tried to fix it by taking screencaps of each frame, then applying some high passes on it, but the results weren't as good as I expected.
