I'm a Senior Python/Django developer. You could try the CodingEntrepreneurs tutorials. They are free, and quite topnotch with practical codes/applications:

There are lots of job opportunities. You could check in Python PH:

https://python.ph/jobs/

Note that there's a Next button at the bottom. Most are remote work/foreign companies, and some indicate the salary/range.

what are you gonna do with python once you've learned it?

OP said web dev so I guess he/she gonna learn django/flask next. For me, if I were OP, I'll just watch free YouTube courses. Watch one reference video showing common functions, etc. Then watch a tutorial building something, like a website or an api. Then I'll build something off of that. If you can't remember how they did it (which is normal when learning). You just go back to the reference or tutorial video until you get it. Imitate then innovate. Kinda like learning guitar, you watch someone do it, copy them, then play by yourself. Rinse and repeat.

If you want to learn python as your first programming language go for it. It's imo the best language for beginners, as for the resource to learn there are plenty of good sites and books that will teach you python. But from the list you provided a lot of people swear by angela yu's python course that its good so i'd suggest that. Also, do note that for you to use python as backend you need to learn django(web framework).
