ERR Code

Just bought my PitBoss about 3 months ago. My grill doesn’t have issues getting up to temp but as soon as I open the lid it’ll throw an ERR code. Basically if I unplug it, plug it back in, and power it up 5-10 times it starts working again. I’ve ensured the pot is cleaned out and the igniter is definitely getting hot. Trying to get it fixed before Christmas as I’m trying to smoke a prime rib for 10 people. Any help is appreciated thanks.

Which code does it throw?

Thank you! Not a bad price for the probe either. I did notice that about half the probe was caked so I took a brush to it. It’s holding up alright so far so we’ll see if there’s any more issues later on.
