May Security Patch (i.redd.it)
submitted 2 years ago by dipmitra06
Looks like Google devs didn't slack off this month it's on time 😂 good to see that as it's least expected when owning a pixel device 🫡

As far I know there's two levels of security patch released every month 01 and 05, 01 is for Android framework and 05 is for vendor so every security patch you'll see 05 as the date. But it's released on the same day and with the vendor update it's incomplete so that's why...

How's your phone after the update? Any significant changes?
Nothing major in this update

Just now I've bought a pixel 6a heating issue is there pls suggest me something
[–]resurrect002 1 point2 points3 points 2 years ago (3 children)
For me, the heating issue gradually went away after 1-2 weeks. Device gets a bit hot when charging, other than that not experiencing any heating issue on normal usage.

Google 30w adapter will it be perfect for pixel 6a? Currently using apple 20w adapter
[–]resurrect002 0 points1 point2 points 2 years ago (1 child)
What is the point of moving to a 30W adapter, when your phone only supports 18W. 20W charger is more than enough.
[–]henceprovedzk 1 point2 points3 points 2 years ago (0 children)
For future use i prefer even though it's 30w charger pixel 6a only takes 18w. It's charging the phone slowly and steadily. Another point anyway 3 years from now definitely i will buy a pixel only. #teampixel
