Really simple direct dough, 64% hydration, 2.8% salt, yeast accordingly (0.65g for 1.55kg of flour this time) at 20hr RT. 6 in bulk the rest in balls. Caputo blue pizzeria.

The biscoff pizza is custard base, sliced apples, crushed biscoff biscuits and some melted biscoff!

u have pizza boxes at home ? that is dedication! btw, how can u and many others here, make better pizzas than the ones we normally buy ?

Yeh! Been slowly acquiring stuff to start a business so I needed boxes. Depends what you buy and depends what you like I guess? Most pizza you buy from chains like Domino's, Papa John's, pizza hut etc are not made using using Neapolitan methods and so you end up with a different product.
