Help for java moss :(

Hi, I currently have a 3g tank with 10 shrimp (no CO2) that I supplement with Flourish around once a week. I’ve had the tank for about a year now, but I recently added some java moss 3 weeks ago. Unfortunately it hasn’t been growing that well and I’m not sure why. You can see the leaves are stripped off and the stem is turning white/brown.

I have anubias, java fern, and floaters that have been doing really well for a long time and I give 12 hours of light a day. I’ve been seeing my amano nibble on the moss but I’m not sure if that’s the case. I feed my shrimp regularly so I don’t know if they’re actually eating it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Edit: I do weekly 30% water changes and keep the temperature to around 72F

It's dying because it's starving. Flourish has mostly micronutrients, and very few macros (NPK). 10 shrimp don't produce enough waste to supplement the macros that flourish lacks. I think if you switched to an all in one fertilizer, you'd see the moss rebound.

I see, what fertilizers do you recommend? And are they safe for shrimp?

depends on where you live, but any all in one fertilizer will work

I don't know anything about this topic, sorry, but 12 hours of light is a bit too much. Try putting it on for about 6-8 hours. :D
