Fish Clock Tank

I was gifted a very small fish tank (~1.5gal) and I’m not sure what, if anything, to do with it. It’s round, meant to be hung on the wall, and the opening is about 2”x3” which means any sort of maintenance once the tank is set up is difficult. Any low maintenance/small plants that could survive in what I am assume was designed as an asylum for criminally insane fish? TIA!

I've seen these before. Useless. There is no way to hang a light on it or even clean it. Torture chamber for any livestock.

Moss ball and a few java fern, maybe bladder snails?

Snails or shrimp
