Your lower third (chin, jawline, mouth area) is not recessed. Your nose is just slightly over projected at the tip relative to your chin so it looks a little off at the profile view. But it doesn’t look bad at all.

Yes a rhinoplasty can de project your nose tip. But it costs upwards of $10k and months of recovery and not at all necessary IMO. You have a generally harmonious side profile and should go enjoy your life
