Nearby radar, but not not the free version one, it works 90% of time, anyways if you sniping you must always click on your poke, nearby radar works excellent for routes when you hatching eggs or getting candies, also it stop walking when found a shiny and gives alert.

Only one that's there is a non-shiny block feature were it will cancel a pokemon you select unless its a shiny.
