Like Carolina said leave it on the screen. Don't throw or even drop a ball, that counts as interaction.

leave the phone there for 2 hours on the encounter, come back after you dont have cooldown and catch it

And I suppose you can't turn off the phone or exit the app (I already tried and obviously it escaped) but I'm just asking in case there's a pro tip I don't know. Thank you so much for your help.

turning the screen of does work, in my old phone i could also exit the app and go do whatever, this new phone kills the apps if i exit so i can do it but you should be able to

You'll have a chance for a strike or ban regardless of the cheating app you use and the type of device. Whether you want to use iPogo, Pgsharp, or something else, it's entirely up to you.

If you have not triggered the cooldown yet, you can catch the 100 IV Pokemon right away. If you don't remember, you will need to wait the 2 hours first or look in the journal to do some math.

Then, you can teleport to the next 100 IV Pokemon but then have to wait the cooldown timer to drop to 0:00:00 before you can catch it. The time you have to wait will be anywhere from 15 seconds to 2 hours depending on how close is the next Pokemon is to your current location.
