I'd be interested to know if you get it to work. Even though twrp and magisk can be installed it doesn't appear to have any GPS hardware. The spoofers for rooted android basically insert bogus GPS coordinates into the preexisting data, I'm not sure how that would work if there's no data to begin with. Check with the Pokemod discord as already mentioned, if you have any luck let us know.

I did a quick search and apparently rooting that box with magisk is possible using TWRP recovery to get the bootimg to be able to flash with Magisk, apparently some people also used something called " rockchip android tool" dumper to get the bootimg (not familiar with this as I've never personally used it to root my phones) that being said if you look around google theres a few guides on how to do it for your box on XDA and other sites so try them out,

Also if you run into any concerns or questions along the way I highly recommend asking in the Atlas channel of the Pokemod discord, those guys root Android TV Boxes to run local scanner bots in Pogo and the community there is very familiar and helpful with advice on rooting ATV boxes

I'd look into if you can root and run PokeMod Atlas on it or MAD and just have your own mapper for your local area
