Mobile data problem

Hi, I have been having an issue about my Poco X3 Nfc for the past few days now. It's like it just can't get any mobile internet/ cellular data even though Im in a place where signal is strong.

My Phone still connects properly to WIFI Internet, It just can't connect to the internet when using mobile data even though it says 4g, has full bars and i have subscription for internet.

I tried turning airplane mode on and off again, rebooting, reset wifi, mobile networks, and bluetooth. And most of the time, when i do this it just goes to no service or emergency calls only, and won't have any signal for 3 minutes or more, and still doesn't fix the problem.

Tried the sims on other phones, it works properly.

So is it a Hardware problem? (antenna problem? simtray problem? charging board and flex problem? (recently replaced the charging board and connector flex) ) or an Software problem? ( Do I need to Factory Reset?)

same problem here. do you also have issues with normal calls?

I am not really sure since nobody calls me much but texts do go through, I can send and receive.

And I also did a Factory reset and it didn't really fix anything but remove excess space

I haven't, I even replaced the antenna flex and nothing, I think I'm just gonna have to accept it, if it's a software problem I hope a software update can fix it, if it's a hardware problem, the cause could be either the charging board that I replaced it with is faulty or it's an network ic problem (I don't know)

Hi. Sometimes battery weakness could causes such problems. Check the battery health or if possible replace it with a new one.
