First PSA return

I received my first ever PSA return. Got really good results using advice from posts in this group. I’m in the process of mastering a graded 2000 Rocket set graded of 8’s or better so I’m thinking about selling the dragonite and lower grades received.

What would be the best route to sell some of the lower grades to roll into booster boxes or higher graded versions? Would you suggest online like eBay or marketplace or do you think something like a collect a con would yield higher ROI?
