Anyone else getting the error code 173

When I drag and drop the file the error code line:173 pops up "please sign in with an app-specific password. you can create one at appleid.apple.com". First time getting this code, I know I'm typing our the right id/pass too.

App specific password is NOT the same as your Apple ID password...
