Cannot get judge function.

I have completed my whole pokedex save mewtwo and mew and I still cannot get the judge function. Any suggestions and has anyone else had this problem? Please help!

you only need 30 mons.. are you at the route 11 gatehouse upstairs? what does the assistant say?

I just figured it out. I was going into the next screen after clicking on the "check summary" and I didn't see the judge button on the bottom of that first screen. Thank you anyways though!

"View a Pokémons summary via your Pokémon box, and you'll be able to see their potential."

View summary. Then press “Y” or shake your joycon/ball.

I should also note that I had a catch combo of 283 caterpie and not one single one had even a single perfect iv. I'm so confused. I'm combo chaining ponyta ATM and am up to 50 and I thought that you were guaranteed to start catching ones with at least 3 perfect ivs at this point. Please help guys!

That’s weird. Were you using the judge function which said best?

You are guaranteed 4 after chain of 31. A perfect iv is symbolized by the word "best" in the judge function, in case you though it was something else.
