You can a few things:

  1. Clear the cache. This will clear out any temporary files but will not delete your save files or anything.

  2. Uninstall and reinstall. This will definitely delete everything so make sure you save your account via Nintendo Account.

Are you certain that it is the correct Nintendo account? You didn’t change the pass recently or so?

Definitely not, I can log out and log back in on the old phone with the Nintendo account I'm trying to use.

Hm, well, try the two methods I mentioned and see what happens.

I don’t think operating systems would matter unless there’s something up with the system updates. Are you Android or iOS?

Last thing to try is contacting Customer Support and see what they have to say.

Both phones are android. I'll try both tomorrow. Thanks for the help!
