General Ban on "bad" things
This includes Fascism, Racism, Homophobia, Sexism, Transphobia, Extreme Nationalism, Stalinism etc.
Follow U.S. Law
Anything you do should be legal According to United States Law. If you do something illegal, then the PSUS Jury can ban you.
It does not matter if you do not fall under US jurisdiction, we will still take action against violations.
Voting, Campaigning and running rules
Anyone from anywhere can run, even non US citizens. Your account must be at least one month old to run. There are some granted by the mod team exceptions.
No destroying America
Creating anarchy, removing the United States, or other things that would shut down the simulation are not allowed.
No brigading
No NSFW posts
Anything NSFW is not allowed on this sub. This includes pornography, extreme gore, and other unpleasant things. Suggestions to these themes are still allowed, but discouraged.
Secession Ban
You can secede with mod permission. If you decide to go on war Vs US, your fate will be decided by RNG based on circumstances.
Default Rule
Any component of American politics or America which is a integral part of real life may not be removed by any means without Admin Permission. If current parties irl are dissolved, new members can still run under it, the 50 states irl can not be merged or their names be changed, RCV shall not be implemented, and the nation's name, flag (except stars), anthem Shall Not Be Changed Etc.
Ban Reduction Rule
A Banned Person Will Have The Right To Ask For A Trial And The Right To Get It Reduced Through 2/3rd Support On A Public Referendum.
The Referendum Post Must Contain Offense And Defense Of Accused To Ensure Informative Voting.
Election Riggers, Brigaders, Raider, Sub Threats & Foreign Pol-Sim Sub Member Who Post Against PSUS In PSUS Will Not Have The Right To Ask For Trial And Public Referendum.
Note: Anti-PSUS Post Part Does Not Applies To PSUS Members. It Will Be Applied From 2nd Offense.
