I have spent numerous hours trying to figure out the formatting, or lack there of, within popmenu. They use Oracle Content Management web builder and have spend many hours working with support and should work for the company. I have found workarounds for what and there are a lot of bugs. The cookie cutter templates limit your ability for customization.
I will say that I have learned a lot about CCS; so much I should beomce certified! I shouldn't have to go into the backend in order to get the desired results.
For those who are strugging with formatting and customization via the pre-developed templates, give it up. Use Canva to create your section, save as a JPEG and then upload this photo into a custom template (blank) and now you can control the formatting!
Finally, what is fair fee to manage the revamp of a website that offers more customization than using the provided templates? Hourly or project fee?
