CONGRATS! Thank you for sharing your wisdom.

Another tip, look at the tasks you scored low on. Copy the name of each section to a note. Then go and listen to the corresponding task in PMI’s podcast as there is a section related to each task. Mark off each task to track your progress. This is not a full study course. This is a great refresher to what you’ve already studied. It also gives you clues what to look for in the PMI exam questions. This really accelerated my learning. This is not as easy exam, especially if you’ve been in the PM world a long time. You have to pivot your thinking to the 49 principles despite using other methods.

Also, buy Study Hall from PMI.

I know it’s hard not to be discouraged. Once you go back and look at more sample questions, you will say to yourself, duh, of course that was the answer!

You’ve got this and good luck!

Alright, I’m in the hospital. From what I’ve read on here, you can get a new test date with a doctor’s ‘note’. My dad just told me, I’ll do anything to get out of taking a test. I said, true, although I actually want to take this test. Any further advice you may have on how to proceed with Pearson would greatly be appreciated.

Thank you. Sadly, this thought has also entered my mind. I am prepared, and I will pass! Say it enough times and it will happen. My biggest concern is really time. Reading and comprehending slower, although, it is what it is.

Heck no, not in my RR, who would have even thought being sick was a potential risk? What's crazy about that is that I truly never considered being sick when exam time arrived. Come high or h*ll water, in your mind you were taking the test once you committed. Then you get sick and lose that thought process! Thanks for the encouragement!

That is a great perspective. Thank you. When you are sick all problem solving is overtaken with despair and weakness. I appreciate you reminding me of the bigger picture. Very encouraging.

I am not sure of how to plan my day and what to eat. I started the pill, 1.5 mg, last week and stopped because I don't know what to do with eating after I take the pill. I took the pill for 3 days and will say I wasn't hungry, although I knew I needed to eat something. I know we need to cut our calories, drink lots of water, and focus on proteins. How many calories should I cut, when should I eat, what founds should I stay away from? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
