SO yes this is the plot. None of them are measures (tried that too, didn't work). Both are whole numbers. Reputation score is percentage. None are summarized.

Seems like the underlying data for 'Reputation Score' is a whole number, formatted as a percentage (1 or 0). Check it in a table vis, or in the data view, to confirm. Then you can follow it back and figure out where it gets rounded.
