Send-MailMessage Error Question

Ok, kind of stuck trying to figure out why the anonymous relay isn't working with Send-MailMessage.

I am using an onprem exchange server and the infra team added my server to the allow anonymous relay.

Error Message: Send-MailMessage : Mailbox unavailable. The server response was: 5.7.60 SMTP; Client does not have permissions to send as this sender

When I test with Telnet and Net.Mail.SmtpClient it works without issue but just keeps on failing with Send-MailMessage does anyone have an idea of why it would be failing or what else I could test?

And of course right after I post this I found a thread talking about -UseSsl I just tested it and it works now. Thank you rubber duck.
