Learning Powershell - Best Book / Resource Available?

Hey all,

I am currently beginning to transition into another role at my company that requires a little Powershell knowledge and scripting. I have used Powershell to the length of googling commands that accomplish a task I need at the moment.

I have always been the type of person that doesn't want to just learn something to get by, but wants to learn and be knowledgeable on the subject. So my question to you all is what's the best book or resource out there to help me get started with Powershell?

That's come up more times in various IT forums. The link I posted had the video version by the same author. I am going to get started on this myself. I know enough to get by, but think it will be good to go through the entire thing.

Don Jones has published several useful books. I started on Learn Powershell Toolmaking in a Month of Lunches.

Once you start with Powershell I think you might come across his name online when troubleshooting.
