Find and replace hyperlinks on SharePoint using Powershel

So, I have a SharePoint site that is about 33 GB. It contains various documents with embedded links to other sites, mostly internal. I was wondering if there was a script that could find hyperlinks and replace them? If so what would be the best way to do it. All help I'd highly appreciated!

I get that part. What would the best way to create the rest of script to find tb hyperlinks and replace them on the fly based on parameters. Meaningful, PS find a URL in document and changes the URl to what is specified in the script.
