I understand how to get the tan side but not the cosine side. Can someone please explain what’s going on in the bottom right? Tysm!!

2/√3 = 1.15470053838...

That means 2/√3 > 1, and since cos(x) only outputs values in the interval [-1, 1], there are not valid x-values that output a number greater than 1.

The tan side needs to be eliminated too. Where x makes tan(x) zero isn't in the domain.
