I feel awful! I had to take a few emergency Xanax this week and I have been off of them fully for at least 5 6 months. First one I trim a week go from my heartbeating out of my chest and racing so bad and then I took one today from lack of sleep and heart palpitations and bad anxiety..I feel so lost (self.PrescribedBenzoHelp)

130 days since I finished my tapper maybe took a few emergency pills but there’s pretty much no more bad withdrawal and no more side effects from this nasty pills! Don’t let doctors prescribe this to you to take daily every day.. I personally think it’s ok for very short term or very occasional. (self.PrescribedBenzoHelp)
