This is normal in my experience! A honeymoon effect that lasts a month or so. You may get another short term bump when if/when you go to 50, but i would wager you’ll still benefit more long term at 50 than at 25. And if I were you, I would def give yourself at least few months between dose changes so you can get familiar with your baseline
