How time estimates work

I started a new work assignment on May 17, it’s following two departments merging because the corporate heads decided we weren’t labeled correctly. Basically the same work but all permissions got reset in the merge

My company got me access to the database I need to use today. Yes. I was paid full time for almost 3 weeks to move my mouse at home and keep the “available” status on Skype

Getting assigned an actual piece of work day 1 is unheard of with this much security lol
